If your item has custom text added below the included badge or printing on the back, we can't accept returns.

We offer a full refund or exchange on items returned to the address below within 30 days of receipt.
We can only issue a refund on items that have not been worn or personalised.

Exchanges: While return shipping is paid by the customer, we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement.
