Despatch times may be extended over busy periods such as Christmas. Please allow more time in order to receive your items in good time.

Delivery times quoted below are on top of the production time it takes to embroider/print your garments (3-6 days).

UK delivery cost is based on order price:

*Due to Royal Mail changes (July 2025) 2nd class post will be delivered on a rotating weekday schedule, over a two-week cycle.
Courier post is sent via DHL on a next working-day service. These times are on top of the embroidery/ printing lead time.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot be held accountable for any delays that occur once Royal Mail or DHL are in possession of the delivery.

**UK orders over £80 to Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Jersey, and the Isle of Wight are via sent the Royal Mail 'Signed For' service.

Europe, USA and Rest of the World
Based on weight; shipping cost will be displayed at checkout, sent via Royal Mail International Signed For.

Note: Orders to Saudi Arabia and UAE will require a PO Box number.

Returns

Personalised items can not be returned.

If your item has custom text added below the included badge or printing on the back, we can't accept returns.

We offer a full refund or exchange on items returned to the address below within 30 days of receipt.

 

We can only issue a refund on items that have not been worn or personalised.

 

Please include your original invoice with the product if you have it.

 

Exchanges: While return shipping is paid by the customer, we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement. Please specify what item and size you would like as a replacement when you return your original item. Once we receive the item back, we will be in touch if there are any further costs to be paid.

You will be notified by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow 7 working days for you to see your refund in your bank account.

How do I personalise my order?

Our products can be customised in many ways:

  • You can add extra embroidered text beneath the main badge included with your item.
  • Clothing with sleeves have the option to have badges embroidered/printed on to them.
  • Right breast embroidery available on request.
  • Depending on the material of the item, large back prints are possible also.
  • Mugs can also have custom text.
Why can dispatching orders take time?

We embroider and Print on demand, due to demand and our own high standards we currently have a 3-6 working days turn around after placing your order, delivery times are on top of this. Orders with custom logos may take longer.

What does officially licensed mean?

We are licensed by the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to provide casual clothing with embroidered/printed badges from the British Armed Forces. As a result we pay a 8% fee to the MOD on every sale. We aim to provide the largest selection of military designs on the Internet and currently list over 800!

Which delivery option should I choose?

We currently provide two options for deliver; DHL and Royal Mail.

Royal Mail (Standard Shipping)

  • Weekend delivery available
  • Can collect from local post office

DHL (Courier)

  • Better tracking options are available
  • Can pick up from service point
  • Doesn't deliver on weekends
How will my order be packaged?

We use discreet plain packaging with no military references, perfect for sending gifts.

I have never served, can I place an order?

Yes. Our products are not just for serving / retired service members, but also for family members, enthusiasts, and anyone who would like to show support for the British Armed Forces.

What payment methods are available?

We use Shopify Payments to provide safe and secure transactions using your debit/credit card. Alternatively PayPal is available.

Apple Pay and G Pay can also be used when using a mobile to place an order.

If you have a Shop account you can log in and quickly checkout using that.

Can I order custom designs / badges?

Yes. We can tailor custom orders to you, just contact us to talk about what you are looking for.
